Patient AirLift Services is a non-profit organization that arranges FREE flights based on need for individuals in need of medical diagnosis and treatment. Our network of volunteer pilots provide these flights in their own or rented general aviation aircraft, without reimbursement or compensation. There is never a fee for the services we provide.
