How do I Volunteer..?

The all volunteer Board reviews all applications monthly and provides funding based on need and available funds.  Additional meetings are held on an as needed basis for the planning and execution of fund raisers such as: ‘SPHF ‘Lady in Red’ Sweetheart Dance, SPHF Fall Costume Party and Dance and other fundraising activities.
Are you willing to commit to at least one year of volunteer service to be a board member of the Sonia Plotnick Health Fund?
To apply to be a  board member of the SPHF and help other women in the Greater Tampa Bay area by assisting them with grants for their medical needs and to help with the planning and execution of our fund raising events, please email us at : SoniaPlotnick@Yahoo.com

The Sonia Plotnick Health Fund has many fundraising events throughout the year. Volunteers are an integral part of our events.  Be a  volunteer to assist with any SPHF event and get free admission!

Volunteerism benefits the Sonia Plotnick Fund but also benefits you. It provides a method to give back, social opportunities, and a way to meet people like you. It makes you feel good to do something for others.

For each of our events, we need your help in setting up, cleaning up and facilitating the flow of events. We also need help in preparing for these events and your valuable time will assist the Fund with preparing items to be mailed, making phone calls, and assisting on committees including fund raising, volunteer, marketing, networking and finance.  We are a small board and any and all offers are greatly appreciated.

What can you do if you own a business?

SPHF is always looking for venues to hold fund raising events.  If you would like to offer your club or restaurant, please contact us at SoniaPlotnick@Yahoo.com subject line:  (  fundraiser )

Additionally, at the majority of our fundraisers, including the dances, we like to offer prize baskets and event prizes. If you are a business and have:  gift cards, gift certificates for services or merchandise for our prize “baskets” you would like to donate for our events, please contact us at SoniaPlotnick@Yahoo.com subject heading : (donations ) .

There are many levels of sponsorship   : SoniaPlotnick@Yahoo.com and we’ll craft a sponsorship just for YOU!  All donations/sponsorships to the SPHF are tax deductible!

Businesses who offer donations of their space for our  event venues  or raffle items will be provided with a reciprocal  link on our donate page.

We are a 501c3 and any and all donations are tax deductible! ♥
